Think you’ve been scammed by a coach?
Consumer rights attorneys might be able to help you recover some of your funds.
Find a Consumer Rights Attorney to Represent Your Life Coach or Personal Development Coaching Scam Claim.
When you click the button, you will leave the EFC website and be directed to the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA), a US-based organization of 1500+ attorneys who represent hundreds of thousands of consumers victimized by fraudulent, abusive, and predatory business practices.
When there, you can search NACA’s database for a consumer rights attorney to represent you in your case.
Can’t find a lawyer listed in your state? Reach out to the NACA members listed anyway, and they may be able to refer you to someone. Ethics for Coaching is working with NACA-affiliated attorneys familiar with the life caching and business coaching space to educate other NACA members and list more attorneys. You can also try some of the other filters such as “class action” or “sales practices, fraud or deception” under the “other areas of interest” category. You can also look for an attorney on Google.
